The 9th phase of the STAR AND MOON Real Estate Agent Professional Knowledge Training and Empowerment Activity was successfully held, and we are very grateful to all the brokers for participating. In this empowerment training, STAR AND MOON Real Estate is honored to invite Xu Youzong, a senior real estate lecturer authorized by Dubai Land Bureau [the only Chinese lecturer authorized by the Land Bureau], which is the second time to invite Teacher Xu to empower the broker training, and it has been nearly 2 months since the first time; This training content is an analysis of Dubai's real estate market trends, a detailed interpretation of the legal and regulatory framework, and the development trend of Dubai's 2040 urban planning and the government's ability to deliver on it.

Dubai property market trends and related laws and regulations
As a senior professional lecturer in Dubai real estate, he has many years of experience in the real estate industry, has an in-depth understanding and unique insights into the real estate market in Dubai, not only familiar with Dubai's real estate policies, but also conveys the processes and policies involved in real estate to brokers in a simple way.
Mr. Xu briefly analyzed the current situation and future trend of the Chinese real estate market in Dubai, and provided valuable reference for the participants.
Explain the overview and development trend of Dubai's real estate market, mentioning five important areas: Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Damac Hills, Dubai Marina, Dubailand, Meydan.
The first is Business Bay, one of Dubai's business hubs, home to corporate headquarters and international financial institutions. Due to its prime location and well-established facilities, the real estate market in this area has been growing steadily. Next up is Downtown Dubai, an integrated area of shopping, entertainment, culture and living. Dubai 2040 City Master Plan
