On August 5, 2024, we successfully held a training and empowerment event for real estate agents. Only about 20 brokers are invited to participate in this event. Senior property instructors authorized by the Dubai Land Department were specially invited to the training event, bringing valuable industry knowledge and professional training to the brokers present.

Our guest teacher, a property sales instructor with extensive experience in Dubai, shared market trends, regulatory changes and hands-on sales techniques.

With the rapid development of the Dubai real estate market, brokers need to constantly update their knowledge to adapt to the dynamic changes in the industry. With his rich practical experience and unique insights, the invited lecturers brought the latest market trend analysis, interpretation of laws and regulations, and practical skills of the customer sales process to help brokers grasp the knowledge of real estate sales in real time in the highly competitive market, and continuously improve the professionalism and knowledge of real estate sales.
